So, how did you guys meet?

Will and I first met in December 2012. Will plays football for a local team and we met at a Christmas football function. The drinks were flowing and we started chatting. At the end of the evening he took my number and the rest was history you would say.

Tell me about the proposal...was it a surprise?

Will surprised me with a trip to New York for my 30th Birthday. We went to New York that Christmas of 2016. The trip was so very romantic. During the trip, Will had arranged a visit to the Rockefeller Centre ice rink. Will was showing me some of his best moves on the ice and then surprised me when he pulled out a box and flashed a sparkly diamond ring and with that he popped the question. Of course I said Yes with no hesitation, it was such a romantic surprise.

I was excited to plan our big day and there was no question of the venue for ~ Parley Manor was at the top of the list as we had attended so many beautiful weddings there. Parley manor made the planning effortless and captured our needs and visions perfectly. All we had to do was sort the dresses.

Our day was magical and surpassed all our expectations. The guests had a wonderful time.

What was your favourite part of the day?

My favourite part of the day was the afternoon, after dinner, where the guests and I could relax and mingle in the stunning setting sun.
